The fitness center is equipped with exercise equipment, adapted for beginners, recreational sportsmen, athletes and even older people.
Suggestion for beginners:

COURSE TRAINING - cardio exercises.
POWER EXERCISES - exercises to strengthen certain muscle groups. A series of 15 abdomen, 15 skeletons and a drip.
RELAXATION - stretching arms and legs.
